Who am I is easy. I am a husband to Christie, father to four, a son, a brother, a pastor, and surfer etc. The question I often ask to get to know someone is, who are you not? The problem is that I haven’t answered the question myself. This is my first attempt and will edit it as needed.
I am not lazy, emotional, soft spoken or social.
I am not feminine, intellectual, or religious or easy to complain to.
I am not without compassion but do not show it well with words.
I do not: hear subtle suggestions, communicate with sensitivity, get excited about the details or sit still long.
I am not patient.
I am not without purpose.

It is ironic..I am almost the opposite of all the things you have mentioned..yet, I have found your sermons relevant and real.

I have also had a husband that for 8 years has stressed the importance of WHY he has not been religious, and yet with one or two sermons, he has stated to me, “This is what church should be like.”

I visited Beachside last week while on vacation and even brought the wife and teens back for the worship Friday evening. Loved everything about both experiences. Will keep in touch thru blog land and the web and will definitely visit next time we are in the area(unfortunately our beach vacation only comes once a year). Please bring your ideas/excellent music/no nonsense style to middle Georgia. Shine on! Eddie

Are you guys still serving at Beachside? I saw an ad on fcc.edu for the church. Hope your family is doing well.
We are about to catch up to you. Our 4th is due in January.
Church membership- my 2 cents. Agree with you. Why run the church like a colonial town hall meeting? Why should the least spiritual person in the church have as much say as the “spiritual leaders?” How many times was the majority WRONG in the Bible.

Robbie, I do believe your a true follower of Christ. I have tried many different churches and feel a sense of connection in your church for the first time ever. We discussed a topic on the occult (golden dawn) a few weeks ago which I want to share with you but lost your email. My wife Amy was put into the hospital due to MRSA at Christmas time so we missed going on the Eve. We will be attending this Sunday. I look forward to discussing some of the occult things that I am aware of and I want to pick your brain about protecting my family from these forces against us. I feel demonic forces are working against my family stronger than ever since we are getting closer to god. As you know Amy got clean and now she is injured and back to square one with meds. I am asking for help from you and to pray for us. To give you an idea of what I would like to discuss is deep and very real. To give you an idea. You can go to google video and watch “zeitgeist” or Esoteric Agenda” Both films denounce evil but one is more from an athiest view which I am bothered by but it uncovers alot of what is really going on with the wealthy elite who run the world and the illuminati. Alot of it stems from freemasonry and the Illuminati as well as Aliester Crowley and Hubbard which stole their works from Solomon after he fell from god’s grace with Sheba. I personally know too many things and fear for my life and children. I need protection and feel I am going to become a messenger to wake up people who are living in default with their spirit and emotions. I know this blog will be read by others and I hope someone else understands. I need help this spiritual war going for me is a war like no other right now. I will be in church this sunday and I will try to speak with you. things have progressed worse since I talked to you. Also youtube about “John Todd” and really get a sense from a high level evil man who defected and was born again. This one is worth for you to listen to and be enlightened to why he left and the strong hold they have on the USA.
